How do I register as a new patient?
To register as a new patient, please complete the medical history form on our website. This can be found under ‘patient forms’. Once this has been completed, we will be in touch to offer you an appointment.
Do you offer NHS services?
We are a fully private practice and do not have a contract with the NHS.
What happens if I fail to attend or short notice cancel an appointment?
We require 24 hours notice to cancel or amend appointments with the general dentist or hygienist, and 48 hours notice to cancel appointments with the specialists. Failure to give adequate notice may result in a charge being made.
Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my appointment?
We require a deposit to secure most appointments which must be paid in advance.
Do you offer finance?
0% finance is available, subject to status, to patients for the cost of dental treatment over £500, over a 10 month period. Please note hygienist treatments are not included. Finance must be previously arranged with us before commencement of any treatment.
How does payment work?
It is our practice policy that payment is settled at each appointment. We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards including American Express. We also offer care under Simplyhealth Professionals (Denplan) products where payment is made is made monthly or annually, usually by direct debit.
Do you offer orthodontic treatment?
No, we do not.
Are your patient forms secure and will my data be safe?
Yes, data that is inputted into any of our web forms is safe. Our patient forms are stored on a secure, protected server with strong passwords and multiple firewalls. The server is continuously monitored to ensure data security and prevent any data breach from taking place.
